Develop your willpower. Hold back on something that is difficult.
Don’t unlock your phone until after breakfast or a full half an hour after waking.
You might just unlock a patient side you never knew you had!

Month 4: Patience
“There will be occultation for him, during which [some] communities will leave the faith, but others will remain steadfast on religion. [The latter group] will be tortured and told: ‘If you are true, [then] when will this promise be fulfilled?’ Know that one who observes patience during those tribulations will be like the one who fights the holy war under the command of the Messenger of Allah (S).”
